A: Our return policy is very simple – we don’t have one. All this means is that if you’re not completely satisfied with a product you ordered, you don’t need to send it back to us in order to receive a refund. Simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund. We ask that you donate the unused, unexpired portion of the food to a local shelter and send us a copy of the donation receipt so we can process your refund. Refunds are limited to 1 bag (up to 40 pounds) credit per customer for dogs weighing 20 pounds or more, and consecutive returns must be made 90 days apart. To avoid returns, we recommend trying a sample or purchasing a 5-pound bag of the desired product before purchasing a larger bag.
