If you or your pup are not completely satisfied with a product you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund. Product from purchases older than 14 days will not be accepted.  You will be asked to donate the unused food to a local shelter or rescue and provide proof of donation.

If you return your product due to changing your mind, we will issue a refund less the cost to ship the bag back.
