Loyalty Rewards

All Sport Dog Food customers registered in our Loyalty Rewards Program are eligible to earn Instant Coupons. For every dollar spent, you will earn 1 Loyalty Rewards Point (excludes Tax, Shipping, Giveaways, Samples, and 5-pound sizes) and you will earn double points on all orders enrolled in auto ship. 

Instant Coupons can be redeemed when you reach the goal set for your membership level. Login to your account and if you’re eligible for a coupon, the REDEEM button will be GREEN. If your REDEEM button is GREY, it just means you haven't reached your goal. If you still have a large enough balance after your initial coupon is rewarded and your REDEEM button is GREY, please wait 24-48 hours for the button to reset. Refer to the chart below for a quick reference to rewards per level. 

Instant Coupons cannot be applied to active auto ship orders that are already in progress.
